Roses have a long history as a flower of love. They are one of the most common ingredients in love spells. The magickal properties of rose include love, luck, friendship, protection and happiness . They are one of the highest vibration flowers I know of. Roses can be used in so many ways in your spell work.  Sachets, incenses, spell bottles, rose water and even just carrying rose petals or putting them in your bath.
 Roses also have a multitude of medicinal applications such as aiding inflammation and regulating menstrual cycles as well as being anti-bacterial, anti-viral and possibly helping with depression.
